Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on the heybaji win platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Registration from any country outside Bangladesh is strictly prohibited and such accounts may be cancelled at any time. Each user may operate only one account and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. heybaji win reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account if false or misleading information is provided. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

Account Security & Password

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and all other security details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your account details is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately and change your password. The account holder will be held responsible for all activity on the account, unless it is proven that a security breach occurred on our end. For your security, it is advised to change your password periodically.

Prohibited Activities

Disrupting the normal operation of the platform, hacking, spamming, or any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Accounts will be immediately suspended if a user harasses, threatens, or behaves inappropriately towards other users. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotional offers is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled. Accessing the platform using any automated software, bots, or scripts is not permitted. We are obligated to report any transactions related to illegal activities to the relevant authorities.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the heybaji win platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT/৳). Approved payment methods must be used for deposits, and payments made in a third party's name are prohibited. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, however withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. Completing KYC verification before making a withdrawal is mandatory and may require submission of a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name; requests to send funds to another person's account will not be accepted. We reserve the right to hold any transaction suspected of fraud.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Each bonus or promotional offer has its own specific terms and wagering requirements that must be read before acceptance. Bonuses are applicable only to eligible users, and if the conditions for earning the bonus are not met, the bonus or any associated winnings will be forfeited. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited. heybaji win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of heybaji win will be considered final.

Liability & Limitations

All information displayed on the heybaji win platform is for informational purposes only and shall not be considered financial advice. heybaji win shall not be liable for any losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or third-party errors. Users are assumed to be aware of the financial risks involved in gambling and to have voluntarily accepted those risks. We reserve the right to void any winnings paid out abnormally due to a technical error. The maximum liability for losses will be limited to your account balance at the time of the relevant incident.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting activities will be conducted in accordance with the rules set by heybaji win, and each game or market has its own specific rules that users are required to know. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is cancelled or postponed before it starts, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. For live betting, official data from the relevant event is used to determine results. Betting limits are set individually for each market and heybaji win reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any bet or transaction, you must notify our support team in writing within 72 hours of the relevant incident. Complaints typically take 5–7 business days to review, and certain account activities may be restricted during this period. Appeals against heybaji win decisions must be submitted with additional supporting evidence. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. User satisfaction is our priority and we always strive for a fair and prompt resolution.
